Clayton Randle (“Clay”) joined the firm in March 2017. Clay joined Christensen Law after practicing law for two years in Kansas and Missouri. During his career, he has handled various legal matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, divorce, protections from abuse and stalking, adoptions, and juvenile matters. Clay also has experience with various issues involving landlord-tenant law, tax and business planning, estate planning, and general civil litigation.
Clay earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School if Law in Lawrence, Kansas in May 2014. When he graduated he was given CALI Awards in Business Tax, Nonprofit Law, and Estate Planning: Principles. Clay also graduated with a Tax Law Certificate and earned the UMB Bank Excellence in Estate Planning Award. Then Clay graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in History in December 2010.
Clay has received licenses to practice law in Utah, Kansas, and Missouri.
Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and son. His interests include the NBA, United States History, volunteering with his church.Clayton Randle
